WHAT DOES RX7 13B MOTOR FOR SALE MEAN?

I ordered a motor from them the moment we started out it up we had a little challenge, but following a cellphone phone they repair it with another motor at no included Charge. thanks NMIssue to availability from Mazda NZ, these engines will not be at the moment in inventory and therefore are on backorder. Offer day can't be supplied at this stage
